This was one of our many PLC upgrade projects that we've completed. This was to replace a Modicon 984 with a Schneider M340. Completed with minimal downtime.
Integral Logic designed, built and programmed many Inert Gas Generators. These generators put inert gas down into mines to control fires.
We were tasked with creating the control system for a new Grain Loader being installed on a clients site. The loaders loaded grain into sea containers on the back of trucks.
A client of ours required an upgrade of their whole process. Integral Logic designed and installed a brand new process (whilst reusing some of the old equipment) to replace their old manual systems.
Integral Logic along with a large beverage client, installed a new RTD Alcohol Line.
Integral Logic was contracted to review the safety and control system for a Render Basement and provide an upgrade solution.
